I've had bad experiences with Tutti Frutti in the past but this new location in St. Albert was great! We had a lovely brunch. Will go back. Prices are a bit high, didn't see anything that I would consider a value item, but the food was good and it's not terribly far off from other restaurants these days. Just nothing really under $17 and my favorite breakfast places are ones that have affordable options along with the normal or special plates.
