Tutti Frutti Terra Losa

The food is delicious and always comes out at the perfect temperature. Mandy is an amazing server, too.

We came for brunch after church, the Terra losa location was quite busy when we came that we have to be in the waitlist for 15mins. On time for 15mins, clean and set up table, the server Mandy was polite and friendly. However the food was served in 29 minutes and 13 seconds to be exact, the coffee was served to me only when I asked for it (although I was informed ahead of time that there was no coffee made) so I waited. The food came warm and not hot as we expected, my son ordered banana crepe with nutella, crepe is not soft (isnt it supposed to be soft texture?) that my som had a hard time cutting them into smaller pieces. I asked for sour cream when my order was placed, and I have to remind the Manager who served the food and another staff and again to the Manager before I finally got the sour cream. Overall experience was good, the serving time is understandable since they are busy. But at least they should have informed the customers how long will it take for us to get our food. The temperature of the food is not so good as it came just warm. The cleanliness was very good, hospitality is overall excellent. Thank you for your good service. Work on the speed of service. Mica, our server, is so good. She is very accommodating. It’s our first time to eat at this restaurant, and she assisted us in ordering the food by suggesting the restaurant’s best sellers. She is very aware of the customers’ needs and is truly an asset to the company. The restaurant is clean z
